General terms regarding psychiatric consultations, billing, and care agreements.
1. Scope of Psychiatric & Psychotherapeutic Services
We provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy, psychiatric and diagnostic evaluations. All services are performed by physicians certified as specialists in Psychiatry & Psychotherapy.
2. Billing & Swiss Health Insurance (OKP / Grundversicherung)
Psychotherapy sessions provided by our medical doctors are billed according to the Swiss TARDOC healthcare tariff. Costs are covered by compulsory basic health insurance in accordance with the patient’s individual insurance policy. Self-pay and supplementary insurance billing are also supported.
3. Tele-Therapy Sessions
Online video consultation appointments are subject to the same clinical standards, confidentiality, and tariff structure as in-person sessions at Praxis am Römerhof.
4. Appointment Cancellations
Scheduled consultations must be canceled at least 24 business hours in advance. Please review our full Cancellation Policy for details.
