Cancellation Policy
Important guidelines for modifying or canceling scheduled therapy consultations.
24-Hour Advance Cancellation Notice
Therapy session times are exclusively reserved for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a CHF 200 fee, billed directly to the patient.
How to Cancel an Appointment
- • Client Portal: Log in to your client dashboard and click 'Reschedule / Cancel'

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without notification, will incur a CHF 200 fee. This fee is billed directly to the patient and is not covered by Swiss health insurance.
